The Pirin 1 District is situated South of the main road. It consists of 6 apartment sections united in 3 blocks. The entrances to block 1 (A + B) and the underground parking lots are on the Northern side exiting directly from the main road. Block 2 (A + B) and block (A + B) are serviced through a roundabout road which is East of the quarter. The block forms are internal space with a pedestrian access from the North between block 1 and block 2. The entrance is marked by a covered commercial passage. The internal space is  beautifully landscaped with recreation areas, a pool and a cafe bars. The project develops in 5 principle levels: underground parking lots and 4 floors above. The construction follows the slope of the area. The architectural concept borrows from the rich local traditions using basic materials and details typical for the region, a combination of stonework with plaster, wood boarding, wooden balconies and roof details. All apartments have spacious terraces, the ground floor apartments individual gardens.
