Tsarevo er beliggende i den sydøstlige del af Bulgarien, 65 km syd for Bourgas. De dejlige sandstrande er de store turistattraktioner. Tsarevo har hele 16 sandstrande med en samlet længde på over 9 km, og selve byen strækker sig over tre af strandene. Den sydligste strand, lige udenfor byen, er blandt de lokale kendt som Nestinarka. Ved denne strand, ca. 100 meter fra vandet og med direkte havudsigt, opføres ”Nestinarka” komplekset. Tæt ved komplekset ligger TUI’s firestjernede hotel.

Komplekset har eget parkeringsområde, 3 tennisbaner, stort vandland med poolbar samt voksen- og børnepool og jacuzzi, 2 restauranter, fitnessrum, læge, legeområde for børn, fælles vaskeri, reception samt diverse butikker.     

Tsarevo is situated in the south-eastern part of the Republic of Bulgaria, 65 km south of the city of Bourgas. The beautiful, sandy shores are the natural attraction for tourists. Sixteen sandy beaches with an overall length of 9184 m are formed along the coast of the municipality, with the town of Tsarevo itself spread over three lagoons. The southernmost lagoon, right outside the town is known by the locals as Nestinarka. Right in its center, 100 m off the beach with a direct sea view is to be built the "Nestinarka" complex. At a very close distance to the south, is found TUI's four-star hotel. 

The project includes parking places, 3 tennis courts, large aqua complex with wet bar, adult's and children's pool and jacuzzi, 2 restaurants, fitness and a medical center, children's playground, laundry – common service, variety of stores and a reception desk.
