I komplekset er der et separat service- og underholdningscenter med butikker, reception, restaurant med panorama terrasse, piano bar, billard rum, legeområde for børn. Komplekset er indhegnet og har 24 timers vagt. Ved siden af komplekset ligger et nyt firestjernet hotel, som er ejet af TUI (eneste i Bulgarien). Dette hotel er designet specielt til skandinaviske kunder og tilbyder blandt andet restauranter, fitness, spa center, møde faciliteter og renseri.

Primea complex is designed in a Mediterranean style and is being constructed on the superb sand strip of Tsarevo, 65 km from Bourgas. The project is implemented in a way that all the apartments have a wonderful view towards the sea.

On the territory of the complex there is a separate two-storey service and entertainment centre with shops, reception, restaurant with panoramic terrace, piano bar, billiards hall, children's corner. The complex is fenced in and is guarded 24 hours a day. Next to the complex there is a new four star hotel, the only one in Bulgaria owned by TUI tour operator, designed exclusively for the Scandinavian market which offers extra facilities: two restaurants, fitness, SPA centre, sauna, a consulting room, dry cleaning.

Service and management: The apartments of the complex will be managed by central administration which will ensure design and maintenance of the green areas, cleaning and repair of the common parts, swimming pool servicing, letting out the apartments. The marketing and sale of tourist packages for the apartments in the complex will be carried out by TUI Bulgaria, part of TUI – the biggest tour operator in the world.
