This service is completely free for all who might be interested. SUN RESIDENCE does not take responsibility for the correctness of the information just as the rental agreement, and the conditions are made directly between the house owner and client without SUN RESIDENCE’s interference.

We, at SUN RESIDENCE, give the house owner and the client the possibility to make and have contact to each other.

If the holiday home does not fulfil the standard the house owner describes, we would like to hear from the tenant. Hereby we will make sure the house owner changes his or her add. The alternative will be that we remove the add from our site.
